Public Relations experts use many methods to deliver messages. The exhibition component is a vital element of the experience of public relations and presents a sampling forum for the numerous tools practitioners apply in executing professional services.

To link the exhibitors with the PR industry the judges were looking for application of key components in Public Relations in their organizations, namely:
• Presentation and layout of stand including corporate image and identity
• Interpretation of theme : Changing Lives Through Communications
• Creativity, advancement and range of tools used in delivering messages
• Solutions provided by the tools used to deliver messages
